Do you want to know what a $45 sweatshirt looks like?

How about three?

It was so cold the night of the game and I stupidly didn't think to bring hats and gloves for the girls. So finally after the 4th inning I went and bought them each a very heavy, lined, very expensive sweatshirt. My dad joked that the game before they were only $30, but they hiked the price since it was so cold. My mom bought a $50 blanket for herself to share with the girls. My dad forgot to bring a coat, so he was freezing. But he wouldn't buy a sweatshirt. I guess I should have gotten him one and said Happy Father's Day. At least the Royals won and it didn't go into extra innings. My kids were happy through the fireworks and fell asleep during the ride home.

although a bit pricey.. very cute and very well worth the cost, to keep those little cuties warm. plus they are a team logo sweatshirt they aren't too bad priced if you think of it that way... and you said they were heavily lined and all...

glad they liked the fire workds.

You are right Jenn, as long as it kept them warm I didn't care much about the cost. I could have gotten them plain grey sweatshirts for $40 but I figured if I have to buy them anyway, I might as well get what I want. And your right too about them being team logo and all and it's not that bad of a price for that, I just normally wouldn't have bought them. My own fault though for not taking the weather man seriously.
