On Saturday afternoon K called and asked if we would like to meet up with them for dinner. They were on their way back home and were going right by us anyways. Since I already had dinner prepared and on the table we meet them for dessert. We met up at Panera Bread where they at dinner and we all had dessert afterwards. It was nice to see them again, even if it was only for an hour.

Apparently I was having wording problems, I should have said met instead of meet and it should have been ate not at.
Abby avoided eating her dinner at my house as well, but so did my kids. Either it was the parsley in the chicken (green stuff! Ew!) or just the excitement of it all.
How fun! It is always nice when unexpected visitors show up and you can take them out to dinner. ;-)
Depends on the unexpected guests :P But most of the time I am very willing to go out to dinner with anyone who calls me up.
