My external hard drive is still holding my pics hostage. My loving bro is trying very hard to fight Western Digital. I just bought it the end of Nov. and it won't work anymore. The horrible part is it has the last 2yrs of digital pics on it :( He is trying to get them to pay half of my $1700 fee to get the data off of the hard drive. Wish me luck.
